This project aims to help organizers, practitioners, and the general public remain abreast of developments in litigation strategies relating to nutrient pollution throughout the Mississippi River corridor. For now, cases are limited to those whose conflict originates in one of the mainstem Mississippi River states. The plan is to expand the database to include more states in the Mississippi River watershed and eventually beyond. Possible future expansion may also be made to include other pollutants affecting water quality throughout the watershed such as plastics and PFAS.
